This Immediate Response Button is for your emergency situation. In case you need urgent response or immediate action for a full charter or part charter; Your shipment is on the way and has to make the delivery deadline for the exhibition or production stop in the factory: You must EXPORT your shipment urgently to any destination in the world, or you face an AOG=Aircraft On Ground situation, please do not hesitate to use this button.
Simply fill out the tabs, your mobile number, your name and what ever additional info and click on the sent button. Your message is immediately sent by sms to two different mobile stand-by phones and our main e-mail.
It will almost certainly only take minutes before one of our staff will contact you and you can rest assure we do everthing to manage your request of urgency.

Deze immediate response knop kunt u gebruiken als u het gevoel heeft dat het zeer dringend is. Soms kunt u er telefonisch geen contact krijgen, er zit niet iemand 24 uur per dag achter de pc om uw e-mails te bekijken, maar u wilt iets zeer dringend weten, of u heeft een charter-of part charter nodig voor een spoed situatie.
Uw goederen zijn onderweg en moeten op tijd afgeleverd worden voor de tentoonstelling of voorstelling van een theater.
ER is een AOG = Aircraft On Ground of een van uw vrachtwagens staat stil in het buitenland, u heeft het onderdeel maar het MOET met grote spoed per luchtvracht verzonden worden.
Vult u uw telefoonnummer(s) in en uw naam en click vervolgens op de sent button, uw bericht gaat direct per sms naar twee verschillende mobiele noodnummers en naar onze e-mail, zodat er vrijwel zeker en direct contact met u wordt opgenomen.
